Learn to Cut Copy & Paste (ccp)

Description:
CCP means Cut, Copy & Paste.
We can get by with just Copy & Paste, because Cut and Copy are almost the same thing.
Copy means to "memorize" some text to your clipboard. It can be any text on a page, or in a text area.
    • Your "memorized text" cannot be seen.
    • Think of your mouse as remembering what you copy.
    • A text area, is a box with "live" text.
    • "Mail to" areas in email are text areas, and so is your notepad.

To Cut is the same as Copy, but it deletes the text as you Copy it from a Live text area.
To Paste, is to put your memorized text, into a text area.
Some text you see on Facebook is actually an image.
You can not copy an image and paste into a text area.
Copy
To copy text, you first need to highlight it.
To highlight, place your cursor at the beginning of the text you want to highlight.
Push the left button on your mouse and hold it in the pressed position.
Now, drag your mouse across the text to highlight.
Your highlighted text will look something like this.

You can also drag your mouse
up or down to highlight more
    lines of text.

Now that you have some text highlighted, RIGHT Click.
In the menu, point at "Copy" and LEFT Click
You have now copied some text to your clipboard.
Paste
Now that you have copied some text, you are ready to paste that text into a text area, and I just happen to have one. lol

Put your pointer in the text area below, and Right Click.
    In the menu, click "Paste".

You should now see your copied text, in the text area above.
If not, try it again until you do see your text in the text area.
Cut some text

There's really no reason to "Cut" unless you really want to delete the text.
Copy & Paste is all that most people need to master, so this step can be skipped unless you just want to know how.

Again, Cutting text is very similar to Copying text.
You can only Cut text, from a text area, since you will also be deleting it.
In the text area below is some text to cut.
Highlight some, or all of the text, and RIGHT Click
    In the menu, select "Cut".

The text you highlighted and Cut, should be gone now.
Next, Paste that text into the text area below.

Do you see you text in the second box above?
If so, then you done it.
