Step 1 Go to http://www.fanboy.co.nz/adblock/opera/urlfilter.ini While on that page, click on >File >Save Page as Save it somewhere like on your desktop. (You will move it later.)

Step 2 Rigtht click on >My Computer >Explore Navigate to: C:\documents and settings\Your_User_ID\Application Data\Opera\opera\profile NOTE: If you don't find "Application Data" under your user name, do THIS NOTE-2: If you don't see a folder named "profile", add a new folder, and name it "profile".

Step 3 Drag the "urlfilter" file from your desktop, and drop into the folder, "profile"

Step 4 Close all windows. Restart Opera and see that the adblocker now works.

Step 5 You may want to go back to folder options and check, "Do Not Show hidden files and folders" (Optional but recommended)
